ac repair

How it works

your comfort is our priority

When you call us to fix your AC system, we strive to schedule your appointment as soon as possible, often on the same day. Upon arrival, our technician will listen carefully to your concerns and inspect the equipment location.

Our technicians are formally trained in the HVAC trade with over 10 years experience, having completed five years of academic training and 8,000 hours of on-the-job training to complete their apprenticeship. They will use specialized test equipment and tools to diagnose your system and will report their findings to you before proceeding with any repairs.

Once a repair plan is agreed upon, our technician will begin the repairs immediately, usually completing them during the diagnostic visit. If parts are needed, the technician will retrieve them and return promptly. After the repair, payment can be made via card swipe, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.

Our technician will provide tips for system upkeep, ask for feedback on the service, and then proceed to the next repair.

What are the benefits of having a programmable thermostat?

A programmable thermostat can help you to save money on your energy bills by allowing you to control the temperature of your home when you are not there. You can program your thermostat to turn down the heat in the winter and turn up the air conditioning in the summer when you are away or asleep.

What is the best way to choose the right size HVAC system for my home?

The best way to choose the right size HVAC system for your home is to have a load calculation performed by a qualified HVAC contractor. This calculation will take into account the size of your home, the number of windows and doors, the insulation value of your walls and attic, and the climate in your area.
